    Very concerned about your neck position during all exercises! Also the workout would be far more effective if the routine was slowed right down and much more attention payed to good form.
    Whats the point in working for a great body if you are going to end up with Scoliosis or worse?
    I speak from experience, and half that workout would pay off if done slowly with attention to form.

    well to see results you also need to focus on your diet and cardio, abs exercises alone won’t give much results. CHECK OUT some really cool tips and tricks to get abs fast on my channel people =) thanks

    i believe this culd work + my diet . when u do this 24 times each excersize for 1O minutes u can feel the burn ( my first day ) im like super short [ 4’11 ] and weigh 11O pounds , so im kinda chubby but i have hips im not super fat [ LOL] but i do wanna lose my little gut cus i HATE it 🙁 but if you guys have any more info add me or message me or somethinq LOLS Thanks (:

    Helloo Tammy… I had a baby 3 months ago and I am wanting to get toned b 4 I go back t work which will be about 3 to 4 weeks How many reps do you recommend me doing to see faster result? I am also doing your other work out for your arms and butt and shoulders.. I am about 10 to 15 lbs over my ideal weight.. thanks 4 your help
