8 Min Abs Workout, how to have six pack: this workout has been designed to specifically work on the abdominal area. It can be done by anyone who exercises regularly, both men and women.     The video says you’re not supposed to do this every day. It says to do it every two days. It gave the example of Monday-Wednesday-Friday.

    @MrVadheterjag its not ment to hurt, but excersises like the cross armed crunch sont support your neck, so you have to use and build them muscles . . . remember pain is only temporary glory is for ever . . haha

    Ive done all that going to the gym and all but personally i like excercising at home
    I can put on a tv show and d oweights i have in my living room
    Then for aroung 20 mins ill start some ab training
    I dunno it may not work for you but i like my exercising routine

    back then i didn’t even have a 2 pack..and now..i have a 4-pack and almost a 6 pack !
    this workout really works !!
    at first it may be hard…but it really works ! ;]
