Stability Ball Crunch

Sit on a stability ball and place your legs shoulder width apart on the floor. Walk your feet out as you roll yourself down until the lower part of your back is on the ball. With your elbows wide and chin off the chest, lift the upper part of your back off the stability ball (like a floor crunch). Slowly lower yourself back onto the ball. Be sure to control any movement with the stability ball. Focus on proper breathing and do not hold your breath. Video recorded in Bunratty Shamrock Leisure Centre.

What would you do if a "breeder" sold you a captive bred ball python and it turned out to be wild caught?

Much to my disappointment, my 2nd ball python purchase was a wild caught female. The breeder claimed she was 2 years old and "off-feed". After some research, a couple of ticks removed, a trip to the local reptile store (that only sells CB), and a trip to the vet, it was proven, without a doubt, that she was WC. Thankfully she’s healthy except for being underweight. While I blame myself for being naive, I don’t want this "breeder" to get away with it again. As expected, the breeder flatly denies it and refused to refund my money (0!). Now I’m going through the exercise of acclimating her to local food (she’s fed three times on mice, and I’ll be feeding her a mouse followed by a rat pup at her next feeding). She’s slightly underweight, so every time I see her I think I must do something. Thoughts? Also, is there anything else I should be doing to help her adjust?
