    can you do this workout say tuesday and then do the v cut workout the next day

    @MindAsFocus this is how the body is supposed to look. when you start “bulking up”, u lose endurance and speed. also, working out like this, your muscles are stronger than those of someone who is just bulky.

    again, this is how the body is designed to look. its the most efficient. evolution?

    Scott. What I really appreciate is that you emphasize correct form. That maximizes the pump. I also agree 100% with you when you say that abs can take a tremendous amount of abuse. Too many guys do only token abs work at the end of their workout. I appreciate your intensity as well as your knowledge.

    im at 10% body fat, been working abs pretty hard core every other day. i currently notice my weak points are my middle abs not protruding and my abs not showing individually (with the vertical line visible inbetween em). what should i do? just keep lowing body fat? I weighed 145 before working out then got up to 165 in just a few months and now im all the way down to 153. i dont want to lose to much muscle mass. im currently starting to use LS-7 pills and i been using weigh. help me out!
