Weight loss dos I need to know what really works?

I am 22 years old and getting married next year. I am 5’3 and 170lbs, I would like to lose 30lbs, I have been told to try aerobic exercises, stability ball routines, etc. what will really work?

    The less calories you take in and the more calories you burn the more weight you will lose. That’s just how it works.

    You should eat healthy and do 30 minutes of cardio (running, stairmaster, elliptical, etc.) at least 3 times a week (preferably 5).

    As far as tightening your abs, crunches on a medicine ball work best for me. Do 3 sets of 15 and work your way up.
